An analysis of nearly 35 million Flickr photos has yielded some interesting results regarding which landmarks are among the most photographed in the world. Not surprisingly, the Eifel Tower comes in at #1, with other recognizable landmarks such as The Empire State Building rounding out the top 5.
But if you move past the top 20 listings, you might notice an interesting aberration on the list, namely an Apple Store. Say what?!
Believe it or not, but the Apple Store cube in midtown Manhattan comes in as the 28th most photographed landmark in the world, and the 5th most photographed landmark in all of New York City.
