Apple has said that it won’t run the iTunes store at a financial loss, but if a ruling today by The Copyright Royalty Board in Washtington, D.C increases the royalty rates paid to artists on downloaded songs, then that might be the situation Apple finds itself in. CNN has the scoop here.
