In what will most likely be the last significant update to Leopard before the release of Snow Leopard, MacLife is reporting that OS X update 10.5.7 will become available this Friday. Citing a “super-secret Apple source”, the forthcoming update should fix a “slew of networking, syncing and bluetooth issues.”
Networking issues have been a concern for a frustrated minority of Mac users ever since the 10.5.5 update was released last Summer. Hopefully 10.5.7 will finally fix the issue.
The last major Leopard update, OS X 10.5.6, was released last December.
