Rovio’s success even has the company contemplating an IPO.

Earlier today, Rovio announced that its selection of Angry Birds titles have been downloaded over hallf a billion times. With no other game, as far as we know, even close to reaching those figures, Angry Birds is easily the successful mobile game ever.

And because people have an affinity for quirky factoids, Rovio released some interesting nuggets about its popular game.

Together, users have played 200,000 years worth of Angry Birds with over 300 million minutes of playing time daily. Over 266 billion levels of Angry Birds have been played with over 400 billion birds having been flung.
