Apple today released a new iPad ad titled, “We’ll always.” Per usual, the ad showcases many of the things people use the iPad for, from watching live baseball games, creating home movies, and learning how to read.
We’ll never stop sharing our memories. Or getting lost in a good book. We’ll always cook dinner and cheer for our favorite team. We’ll still go to meetings, make home movies, and learn new things. But how we do all this will never be the same.
Also note that the child at the end is learning how to spell Lion. Oh Apple, every so crafty.
All in all, it’s a decent commercial, but I gotta say that I’m getting a little weary of the narrator’s voice. Coupled with the music, it almost feels like we’re watching a retrospective montage of someone who died.
Anyone else out there agree? Or am I the only one drinking haterade on a muggy Sunday evening?
