New photos of the Windows App Store have surfaced and they show a remarkable resemblance to an app store you might already be familiar with. We know Microsoft is fighting tooth and nail to prevent Apple from trademarking the phrase ‘app store’, but copying the entire look and feel in an effort to prove the genericness of the entire entity certainly takes things to an entirely new level!
And just for the sake of comparison, here’s what the Mac App Store looks like. Just a coincidence, we’re sure.
