Xcode 4 is now available on the Mac App Store for $4.99. It was previously available as a free download for registered Mac and iOS developers which requires a yearly $99 fee.

Adobe yesterday released Flash 10.3 beta with new developer features and enhanced user privacy protection, but one of the more interesting additions are setting controls now found within the System Preferences app. The controls allow suers to adjust the Flash Player’s cache, privacy settings, and even microphone and webcam settings.
