Charlie Sheen has been off his rocker lately, saying, among other things, that he’s not bi-polar, but “bi-winner.” Yesterday, Sheen created a Twitter account to tell his side of a story that has been spiraling out of control. In about a day, Sheen’s Twitter account has amassed over 1 million followers. Moreover, Sheen was able to get his account verified in a day’s time.
