Razorianfly got an exclusive sneak peek at Tweetie 2.0 for the Mac. The brain child of former Apple engineer Loren Brichter, Tweetie originally found fame as an elegant and popular Twitter app for the iPhone. Building upon that success, Brichter released a desktop version of the software in April of 2009. Now, a little over a year and a half later we’re on the brink of seeing Tweetie 2.0 as the updated client will launch tomorrow on the can’t-wait-to-see-what-it’s-like Mac App Store.
Some of the apps new features include Native RT support, realtime updates, and drag and drop tweets. Razorianfly hints that there might be more goodies to play with but notes that they can’t go into further detail. Oh well, looks like we’ll just have to wait until tomorrow afternoon.
