Somewhat overlooked during Apple’s iMovie ’11 unveiling last week is that that the latest iteration of Apple’s digital video editing software now supports the export of 1080p HD video to YouTube and to a user’s desktop. Previously, iMovie ’09 supported HD exporting, but the quality was limited to 720p. via Apple HDBlog
