It’s not exactly Chatroulette, but the principle is exactly the same. iChatr is a free app that works exclusively on the iPhone 4 and randomly sets up video chats between iPhone 4 owners using the device’s front facing camera.
As you might expect, it’s wi-fi only and for some reason the audio only works when a headset is plugged in.
