At last week’s D8 conference, Walt Mossberg sat down with eBay CEO John Donahoe where the two took some time to talk about eBay’s iPad app. As is quite apparent, Donahoe is pretty enthusiastic about the eBay experience on Apple’s shiny new toy, but here’s why the video is worth a peep.

About 4 minutes and 20 seconds in, Donahoe asks the audience how many people own iPads. When Mossberg gazes out into the crowd and sees the number of hands raised, he exclaims under his breath, “Holy shit!”
