Apple ranks third in customer service according to recent survey

Apple recently placed third, behind USAA Insurance and L.L. Bean, in BusinessWeek’s fourth annual survey measuring corporate customer service.  Only two other Tech driven firms managed to crack the top 25 list, with Amazon placing 11th and Dell coming in at number 23.
