Apple is reportedly still in talks with Verizon to deliver an iPad capable of running on their CDMA network, according to Clayton Morris of Fox News who claims to have spoken to a source at Verizon.
Remember, though, that Morris is the same guy who predicted that Apple would unveil 2 versions of the iPad last week, one for AT&T and one for Verizon. That obviously didn’t happen.
So take this with a grain of salt. We’re not sure where Clayton Morris came from all of a sudden, but his track record thus far is 0/1. Still, he maintains that Apple will unveil a Verizon iPad sometime soon and that a CDMA enabled iPhone will also arrive sometime in late 2010.
I guess Morris will be proven right eventually.
