How to construct an iPhone Motorcycle Mount

Not satisfied with any of the motorcycle/iPhone mount solutions available, an enterprising iPhone owner named Dave decided to construct his own by combining a few products into a workable solution for his Ducati Monster 696. Overall, the total cost of goods used to create this homemade solution came in at very reasonable $106.
