Reuters reports:
Apple’s iPhone is set to make its South Korean debut… after the local regulator cleared the final hurdle for sales of the blockbuster phone in a market home to 47 million mobile phone users.
The iPhone in South Korea is scheduled to launch on November 28th on KT Corp, South Korea’s second largest mobile carrier. The iPhone’s entry into South Korea was made possible following a change in the country’s long standing rule that required all mobile phones sold in the country to come from local companies like Samsung and LG.
