James Cameron’s upcoming film “Avatar” recently broke the record as the ‘most watched trailer’ to ever appear on Apple’s website, which has been showcasing movie trailers for years now. This past Friday, 20th Century Fox announced that over 4 million users watched the Avatar trailer, breaking the previous record of 1.7 million views for a movie that was annoyingly not mentioned.
The movie is poised to hit theaters on December 17 and is Cameron’s first film in the 12 years since he directed Titanic.

Why no link to the preview? The Variety article doesn’t have one, but that doesn’t mean this article can’t.
