If you set your computers date forward by a few days and go to www.apple.com, you’re greeted with the splash screen Apple’s planning on using on its homepage once the billionth app is downloaded from iTunes. For those of you who are interested, we did a bit of trial and error testing, and it appears that the celebratory screenshot is going to go live on Thursday at 7am Eastern Standard Time.

When you say 7am Eastern Standard time, do you really mean 8am since most of the country has moved to Daylight Savings Time?
