One of the new features in the iPhone 3.0 update gives users more navigation options when listening to Podcasts and audiobooks. Specifically, users can now press an onscreen button and automatically rewind to 30 seconds prior, and there is also a speed button which allows users to either increase the speed of the audio playback by 2x, or decrease it by 1/2.
