MacRumors is reporting that a case manufacturer named XSKN has a section on their website that makes reference to a an “iPhone Nano”.
XSKN gained some notoriety earlier this year when it began selling cases for the then-unreleased iPhone 3G. The company again received headlines in September with case images of unreleased 4th Generation iPod Nano designs. Both times, some readers had questioned if these were simply publicity stunts, though both sets of images later turned out to be accurate.
Though intriguing, an iPhone Nano seems so out of left-field, that we won’t believe it until it’s actually announced. In other words, don’t hold your breath.

I don’t buy it. The iPhone itself is already pretty darned small. If it gets any smaller it won’t be usable without a blootoof eardongle.
