In a recently released study from JD Power, the iPhone had the highest rate of customer satisfaction among business users. The study measured five factors: ease of operation, operating system, physical design, handset features, and battery aspects. Apple received a score of 778 out of 1,000 while RIM and Samsung received scores of 703 and 701 respectively. The scores are an aggregate of various features, and different phones ranked differently in different subcategories. For example, BlackBerry was ranked highest in terms of battery usage, and Apple, though finishing first over all, brought up the rear.
As part of the study, JD Power surveyed over 1300 business users. The top reasons given for choosing a particular device included a phones Internet capabilities, email, design, bluetooth capabilities, and keyboard format.
